i don't think so it doesn't match up i don't think any kind of light will make ppl hair glow unless some kind of chemical was in ur hair but that might be dangerous

Cheney (vice president), their love was forbidden. Their families hated each other, but their loved lived on. In fact, Elton John has written many songs about Pokemon man and Cheney's love.
Now, because of the serparation, Cheney began to think Pokemon man didn't love him. Pokemon man heard about this and died his hair white to match Cheney's. Cheney saw this and now their love continues to endure, and it will continue to do so till these forelorn lovers are together.

Try dying it the same colour as your natural hair.
If not Just search the web or ask a hairdresser.
well the best recipe for getting rid of your gray hair is to go to a salon and let a color expert do it for u because u my freind will wind up with a mess if you do it yourself
I don't know of anything like you describe to return hair to it's natural color. If so, I think it'd be readily available at WalMart, on TV; everywhere, because Everybody would want it or someone would have invented it by now.
The only products I know of are hair colorings; rinses, semi-permanent and permanent. There are also hair colors that come with a mascara-type brush to color around the face and temples or wherever the hair is parted and the natural color can be seen.

It's not so easy. I have to dye my hair every 8 to 10 days to hide the white regrowth. For me, that's the one thing I truly loathe about getting older. I've tried all the products that should somehow bring your hair back to your natural color, but for me, they never worked.
use a tint. get the color that matches your natural hair.

physical stress can be responsible...so can genetics.

By the time he was released, around age 20, his black hair had already started turning grey. Within four years, it was pure white and stayed that way until he died in the mid-1980s. His son, who looked just like him, didn't start turning grey until his mid-forties, and took more than 20 years to turn completely white.
Even if you're genetically predisposed to white hair, moderation in your lifestyle should help preserve your haircolor as long as possible. In my opinion though, men usually look WAYYY more sexy with grey or white hair. :)

I think it is genetic. Make sure you take your vitamin and calcium tablets daily. If you do happen to get White or Grey hairs you can get your hair colored.

The perming process
The hair is first washed and then wound on to some kind of former, such as a curler or a rod. The perm lotion is applied to the hair. Because the lotion is alkaline (pH about 9) the scales of the cuticle open slightly, allowing the lotion to flow under the cuticle and into the cortex. Here it reacts with the keratin of the cortex, breaking some of the disulphide cross-links within and between the protein chains. The hair swells and 'softens', so that it can stretch to take up the shape of the formers.
After a while the perm lotion is thoroughly rinsed away and a neutralising lotion is applied. This re-forms the broken cross-links, which makes the hair harden into its new, curlier shape. This stage is the key to a successful perm: failure to rinse and neutralise properly can lead to many problems, including scalp irritation and damage to the structure of the hair shaft.

What happens during perming
Today's 'cold' permanent wave lotions contain substances called reducing agents, in an alkaline solution. The reducing agent most often used is called ammonium thioglycollate. Reducing agents act on the keratin in the hair, breaking the disulphide linkages that join the pairs of cysteine units together. The result is that the keratin softens and swells. The softened hair is then put into its new shape. As it is manipulated the cysteine linkages slip past each other and realign themselves with new cysteine partners see (page 91).
Neutralising lotion is then applied. This contains oxidising agents. One that is often used is hydrogen peroxide, the same substance that is used in hair bleaches. Oxidising agents work in the opposite way to reducing agents. They make the cysteine units link together into pairs again, hardening the hair and giving it its new, permanent shape.
In hair that has been repeatedly permed the original disulphide cross-links may have been broken and re-formed so many times that hardly any remain.
In order to illustrate the process of permanent waving, we will follow a client through the full procedure.
This client, like many others, wants her hair put into a manageable style, with curl and body. It is vital that the stylist understands the past history of her hair. It is permed every three or four months, and tinted more frequently. Fortunately her hair is naturally very resilient, and has not suffered unduly. In expert hands, a perm should be straightforward.

It is very common for women to perm their hair. They do it to make their hair curly.
Since you have never heard about it, here is some info on what it involves.
First, the hair is washed and wrapped on a perm rod (the size of the rod determines the tightness of the curl). Then, by applying a waving lotion with an alkaline base (ammonium thioglycolate is most commonly used in today's perms), the cuticle layer is raised which breaks the disulfide bonds that hold the natural wave pattern.
After the waving lotion has had time to process and then rinsed away and the rods have been blotted to remove excess water, a neutralizer is applied (this is what reforms the disulfide bonds of the hair and sets the new curl pattern). It is also the most potentially damaging stage of the perming process and should always be closely monitored.
Once allowed to take effect, the neutralizer is rinsed away, the rods are removed, the hair is re-rinsed for good measure, it can be styled as desired.

Yeah everyone seems to be talking about perming their hair to make it curly here. When white women say they are going to "perm" their hair, that's what they are usually refering to.
However, white women do relax their hair too. I'm not sure if the chemicals they use is the same, I just know that they do it. I am Italian and my family has really thick, curly hair and my cousin's is so curly that it's difficult for her to straighten it with a hair dryer and a flat iron. (It takes her like 3 hours!) So, she gets her hair relaxed. I've never tried it because I have loose curls and I love my curly hair. But yeah, some white women do it. It's possible.

I assume your talking about natural gray/white hair? If you cut them they'll just grow back and if they're white to begin with then you'll just have to cut them again.
I've been advised that the best way to manage white hair is to pull them up with the roots...seems there's a chance that what will grow back is your ordinary hair color.
It would be better if you find out the root (pun intended) cause of your greying hair, you might have vitB deficiency, poor nutrition, anemia, etc. smoking can also cause early greying. Solve those first if you can. If it's genetic and/or aging then your stuck with them.
I let mine alone, they're going to grow whether I want them to or not, so I figure, why fight the inevitable.
