If it's a lot, she could be an albino, or have a medical condition.

Maybe she is like Taylor Hicks. Don't dye it. Let it stay like that, it will be a miracle and she will be unique.

Sometimes it is the pigment, my step-sister's friend, she has a highlight of white hair (like that girl on X-Men) and if she dyes it, it still won't go away. It could be that.

dont worry about one strand of white hair! it doesnt automatically mean that she is an albino or something! sometimes i notice i have one strand of hair that is either white or black, but it doesnt mean anything bad.
