You probably didn't leave the bleach in long eneough. Since your hair is naturally dark, your gonna have to leave it in a really long time. Trying what you did the first time but add on 15 minutes or so and after 15 minutes longer check a small stand to see how it's progressing and keep doing that till you get the right shade. Once you get to the color you want just rinse it out. If that dosn't work then your probably using the wrong kind of kit. Make sure the kit you get is for naturally black or dark brown hair.
