physical stress can be responsible...so can genetics.

My grandfather just barely survived an English POW camp during WWI - he stole food from the horses' feedbags whenever he was sent to brush them down. By the time he was released, around age 20, his black hair had already started turning grey. Within four years, it was pure white and stayed that way until he died in the mid-1980s. His son, who looked just like him, didn't start turning grey until his mid-forties, and took more than 20 years to turn completely white.

Even if you're genetically predisposed to white hair, moderation in your lifestyle should help preserve your haircolor as long as possible. In my opinion though, men usually look WAYYY more sexy with grey or white hair. :)

I think it is genetic. Make sure you take your vitamin and calcium tablets daily. If you do happen to get White or Grey hairs you can get your hair colored.
