i would LOVE white hair but i have naturaly black hair.

i have meduim to light brown hair and i have tried for months to make it white and nothing really works

but u can try

.try bleeching with a 40 peroxide bleech about twice .. each time u bleech wait about a week or two.. then try panic virgin white snow..

I haven't tried it before, but I know that Manic Panic Flash Lightning made mine practically white from DYED red hair. You just have to use it a couple times. With black hair, I don't know. be prepared with a cheap bottle of black dye. [black is a really easy color, so it'd be just a waste to buy an expensive one].
