Is there a chance of getting white hairs by the use of hair conditioners even by reputed companies?

My friend has four to five white hairs. She was using a hair conditioner of a reputed company. She used it only 15 to 20 times that too not continuously. She has a doubt whether it is because of it that she has some white hairs. She is not sure whether she had white hairs before the use of it. Please suggest and also suggest what to do for those white hairs.

No - not unless it was some kind of lightening or bleaching shampoo and if she has blond hair - it is most likely hereditary. Or - she had them before...hereditary. If she does have blond hair, it is normal to have some white blond hairs - I do. Also, depending on her age it could be white gray hairs if she is stressed, etc. so maybe that is a possibility.

She could see a colorist at a salon to match them to the rest of her hair color and to get their opinion on what caused them. If she does at home color, she may get the wrong color and then have to do it again and again, etc - at home color is just disastrous for so many of us. And - consultations at salons are usually free so I would do that first. :o)

I wouldn't pull them out - they are liable to grow back and turn white again - she may get more and more hairs like this or may just always be these few.
