My hair was dirty blonde over the summer and now my hair is practically white!
I had it bleached a couple of times proffesionally, but it always had this kind of yellowish tone to it that i wanted to get right of so it would be whiter. Plus doing it proffesionally gosts like 100 dollars.
So I just went to like hot topic and bought a RAW white out bleach kit there (It was $12) and it gave me white hair! Its really cheap and works really good so id suggest just doing that! :D

Use peroxide. It will get whiter each time you wash basically.
My only warning is it will really dry out your hair so you need to use a ton of moisturizer and deep condition etc.

manic panic has a color that is white, you can color over bleached hair with it. first you should try leaving the bleach in for a while though, it should start getting lighter and lighter.

It not what you use, but how DARK your natural colour is. If your hair is too dark naturally you will never achieve white blonde. I wouldn't suggest doing you own hair if you want this result. It will look uneven and trashy. you will need to do your re growth every 5 weeks . so if you dont have money now i wouldn't recommend such a high maintain colour. The maximum time a bleach should be on is 50 mins then needs to be toned..... Dont do it yourself it will look ridiculous
