Just wondering. As in can a perfectly healthy child be born with white hair (and I'm not talking albino)?

Born with it? I've never heard of it, although I won't discount it as a possibility. However, I've heard of people going white as early as 10 years old.

I guess its possible but i have never heard of a child being born with white hair though.

If you're talking about hair, then yes. But I've only known it to happen in noticeable patches. This is a result of Waardenburg syndrome which can be passed down.
