its split or dead ends. you have to trim them a little if you want your hair to grow. and you got the "white hair" from straightning it i have them too. you just have to trim them every 6-8 weeks and your hair will keep growing.

those are probably really bad split ends or something. you NEED to get it cut off or else it'll just go all the way up the hair shaft and you won't like it.

I'm not sure how you would remove the white hair, but I don't think it was from straightening it. I straighten my hair every single day, and I've never had that problem.

If the white is at the tips of your hair it means that the ends are damaged and split. I've seen that on alot of girls who straighten their hair regularly. You can't get rid of dead ends without cutting them off. It might be a good idea to lay off of the straightening for a while or just do it less often. Heat can damage your hair really bad. If you're going to do it anyway you need to condition your hair alot and use some kind of product to protect it from the heat. I use this product called BioSilk Serum whenever I straighten my hair. It protects my hair better than any other product, but I still have to straighten as little as I can. I wear my hair curly the majority of the time and straighten it for special occassions or if the weather is nice. Hope this helped.

um....maybe its just stress...just try coloring it on a regular basis
