Hair splitting and pure white hairs at 16!?

My hair is constantly splitting - even though it was cut around 3 weeks ago. I suffer from psoriasis too, so was wondering if it was linked to that?

Also, i've been finding pure white hairs sporadically for past year or so. It's worrying as my aunty went grey at 19! :'(

My hair is very thick, curly and dark which obviously doesn't help matters. I take a high strength vitamin and mineral supplement almost every day and wash and condition every other day. I also use a deep conditioning mask every week. Please help?!?

Tell me about it. Why do you think I were a hat?!!!

Im 23 and i have many grey hairs. You can go to a hairdresser and get a treatment to help with the drying and splitting and get it colored to cover the grey, however remember that getteing color put in can damage your hair even more

First try washing and conditioning every day. If you have just a few white hairs, thats fine, but if your finding locks of white hair...can't help you there....unless you dye your hair that might help...it would be obviously fake...but...ya.

My younger sister who's 9 found white hairs on her head... but I don't think she's going gray soon.

I have been gray since I was 14. I have been dying my roots since then. Your genes are to blame for this one. I would keep touching up the root. My hair is dark too so you will need to do the roots every 2 weeks.

You can have henna treatments once a week. In order to check premature greying, you can add amla to the henna powderIf there are any skin problems on your scalp the henna or neutral henna will both help fight it. The last idea I have would be to take coconut oil and massage your head with it every night. Make sure when you're washing out the oil you're using a gentle shampoo, even better a henna shampoo. I wish you luck.
